By accessing or using MicroInvestments.in ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and MicroInvestments.in. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation in India.

MicroInvestments.in provides algorithmic financial education tools. The Platform generates financial health scores, investment roadmaps, and educational suggestions based exclusively on the self-reported data you provide. WE ARE NOT A SEBI-REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER. ALL OUTPUTS ARE EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PERSONALISED INVESTMENT ADVICE, FINANCIAL PLANNING, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, OR ANY REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICE. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) You will not rely solely on any output from this Platform for any financial decision. (b) You will independently verify all information and consult a qualified SEBI-registered financial adviser before making any investment. (c) Any financial action you take based on Platform outputs is entirely your own decision and responsibility.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all financial data you provide. The Platform's outputs are only as accurate as the data you input. You must not: (a) Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. (b) Use the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. (c) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Platform's algorithms, outputs, or scoring models. (d) Use any output from this Platform for commercial purposes, redistribution, or resale without our written permission.

To unlock the full personalised investment roadmap, a one-time payment of ₹1 (One Indian Rupee) is required. This payment is: (a) Non-refundable once the report is generated and made accessible to you (see Refund Policy). (b) Processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. (c) Not a subscription — it is a single, one-time transaction per report generation. By initiating payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, and that you understand the educational nature of the report. You further confirm you are making this payment voluntarily with full knowledge that the Platform is not a SEBI-registered entity.

Before accessing the report, you are required to affirmatively acknowledge (via checkbox) that: (a) The Platform is not SEBI-registered and does not provide investment advice. (b) All projections are illustrative and no returns are guaranteed. (c) You bear full personal responsibility for any financial decisions you make. (d) You have read and accepted these Terms and the Disclaimer. These acknowledgements are not optional. Failure to provide all acknowledgements will prevent access to the report. This consent mechanism is a condition of service and is designed to protect your informed decision-making rights.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the scoring algorithms, roadmap generation models, textual content, UI design, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of MicroInvestments.in and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payment processing) and other data providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or practices of any third-party service provider.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MICROINVESTMENTS.IN, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (a) Any financial loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on Platform outputs. (b) Any decisions taken by you based on Platform content. (c) Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in algorithmically generated outputs. (d) Any disruption, unavailability, or technical failure of the Platform. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (I.E., ₹1).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MicroInvestments.in, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) Your use of the Platform or any reliance on its outputs. (b) Your violation of these Terms. (c) Any data you provide to the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual communication first. If you have a concern, please contact us at info@microstocks.in before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
